In support of the Food Suite^® Online and Classroom Enhanced Labelling for Food Allergen and Gluten Sources and Added Sulphites Workshops, the following is a link to download a copy of the Canada Gazette II published on February 16, 2011. • Includes the Food Suite^® Smart Tool Index of Food Additives. Need to know if a food additive is permitted in your product? Need  to know the English and French names of food additives? This Smart Tool  just made this easier.
• Includes the Food Suite^® Smart Tool Lexicon of French Nomenclature for Canadian Labelling. There are just certain ways terms must be stated on a food label. This applies to English and French. The Lexicon Smart Tool puts this at your fingertips.
• This compliance reference series is available on CD, and is updated January 1 and June 1 every year. A subscription is necessary for updates.
